Start by putting it on your hands and then apply the product to your face in the morning. As well as generously 30 minutes before sun exposure.
Reapply every 2 hours or whenever your skin gets wet (contact with sea water, pool or perspiration) in case of prolonged exposure.
Important:

Avoid that the product comes into contact with your eyes.
It is not recommended to expose to the sun during the hottest hours of the day (12h-16h). In addition, you should apply the sunscreen even on cloudy or foggy days.
