First of all, wash your hair with Extreme Shampoo. Immediately after towel-drying apply the product to damaged or fragile areas of the hair. Or, a little bit all over the hair. Then, to finish, simply comb through as usual. Do not rinse.
I also recommend combing with Extreme Conditioner when shampooing.
