In Italian, the word Orza means ‘to luff’ – this, in turn, refers to the moving of a boat towards the direction of the wind, enabling a new course to be pursued. In naming this perfume extract after this term, Tiziana Terenzi is expressing the way in which the explosion of ripe fruits mimics the excitement of a new journey – the only difference is that your journey is at a sophisticated after-dark event rather than at sea.
