Shake before use!

As a sunscreen: apply liberally to clean, dry skin half an hour before exposure to the sun. Reapply every 2 hours and after sweating, showering, swimming, drying with the towel, and during sun exposure. By reducing this amount or frequency of reapplication, the protection factor is reduced.
As depigmenting care: apply in the morning and in the middle of the day. Reapply every 2 hours and repeat frequently if necessary. For an optimized result, apply for 3 months.
