First of all, apply the Collistar cryo-gel immediate lifting cold effect. Start by spreading the gel on the areas to be treated while making upward movements from the bottom to the top. I recommend you start the treatment with two applications a day and then continue with daily applications.
Immediately afterward, warm up some of the Collistar intensive remodeling treatment in your hands and apply it with circular movements to the belly button area. Continue towards the hips and lower back. I recommend that to stimulate the microcirculation you apply light pressure with your fingers. Also, for long-lasting results, you should apply daily.
